With TeleWave and VoiceWave it is now possible to use a standard touch-tone phone from anywhere in the world to record your dictation and have it immediately assigned to your transcriber.

How does it work?
TeleWave automatically transfers your dictation file to an Internet FTP-site.Then, a transcriber with VoiceWave can download the dictation from the Internet and transcribe it. Imagine, you could give a dictation at your favorite golf course in Florida and within seconds it will be transferred to your transcriber in New York!

Of course, TeleWave also supports local area networks such as Novell and Windows NT Server. The dictation will be copied to the transcribers in-basket on your local file server.

With our new sound insertion feature, you can record dictation, rewind, and insert any dictation you want to include. With sound insertion, you can "paste" in dictation.

From anywhere in the world, TeleWave gives you the freedom to move.

Components:

* Dialogic Communications Solutions phone board
* TeleWave telephony dictation software
* VoiceWave is not required but recommended to transcribe the dictations.

Minimum Server Requirements
Pentium 150 MMX or 166 MHZ
32 meg ram
Windows 95/98/NT 4.0

A touch-tone phone (ground-based, cellular, digital) is required to access TeleWave.

Note
In a typical network environment,
VoiceWave would reside on each workstation with TeleWave and the Dialogic board installed on its own server.
